Capcom is collaborating with NERDS Clothing and music producers Steel Sessions to create an original soundtrack that blends hip hop artists with the sounds, visuals, and style of Street Fighter 6. The album celebrates hip hop’s 50th anniversary — not to mention the 35th anniversary of the Street Fighter series.

The album title is a bit of a mouthful: “Street Fighter 6 x NERDS Clothing presents Steel Sessions.” The album will be available later this year on streaming platforms and physical release.

“Hip hop and Street Fighter go hand in hand,” said rapper Dave East. “Bringing all these hip hop artists together to celebrate the music’s history alongside the legendary fighting game has been an incredible experience.”

Other featured artists include Benny the Butcher/Black Soprano Family, Royce da 5’9”, Papoose, Sheek Louch, Styles P, Grafh, and Smoke DZA. Several tracks have been announced, with more to be revealed before release:
