The 18th Penny Arcade Expo gaming convention returns to the Seattle Convention Center this September. PAX West 2022 runs from Friday, September 2 through Monday, September 5. Badges are available now.

PAX West will feature several big-name publishers and developers on the show floor. Confirmed exhibitors include Nintendo, Bandai Namco, Sega, Devolver Digital, Larian Studios, TinyBuild, and MiHoYo (Genshin Impact).

Smaller indie publishers include Finji, Raw Fury, and Ysbryd Games. Major tech companies such as Intel, AMD, and ASUS will also be there to hawk the latest video cards, CPUs, and other PC gaming needs.

In addition to the show floor, PAX also features free gaming lounges, panels from streamers and developers, live concerts, and esports tournaments.

Since 2021, ReedPop has enforced strict health and safety guidelines for attendees. All attendees, as well as exhibitors and staff, are required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19, and must wear a face covering at all times.

“As you can see, we’re taking our PAX East momentum and we’re bringing it to Seattle,” said Jerry Holkins, co-founder, Penny Arcade and PAX. “But, let’s stay safe out there. We’re proud of our health and safety requirements at the shows, but they work best when they’re observed broadly – even outside the show. Observing the rules is how we can have nice things.”

A full 4-day pass costs $235, with individual day passes costing $62 per day.
