Sometimes a great game keeps on giving. And sometimes the publisher milks that for all its worth. While it’s easy to be snarky that The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim has been released and re-released many times over the last decade, there’s no denying it’s a fantastic open world RPG that retains a thriving modding community.

With Skyrim Anniversary Edition launching on the exact 10th anniversary date (November 11), Bethesda is unlocking four popular Creation Club mods, adding them free to all owners of Skyrim Special Edition.

Skyrim Special Edition was released in 2016 with remastered visuals, new content, and unlocking mods for consoles.

The Creation Club are essentially paid mods, allowing talented to modders to earn money for high quality mods. To celebrate 10 years, the following four mods are being added to all owners of Skyrim Special Edition for free:

Saints & Seducers: A large mod that rivals a full expansion pack, with multiple quests, armor sets, weapons, and enemies.

Rare Curios: Khajiit caravans get a lot more attractive, with useful items and ingredients imported from around Tamriel.

Survival Mode: Turn Skyim into a survival-crafting adventure as you stay warm and cook meals to stave off exhaustion and hunger.

Fishing: Every RPG needs fishing, and this mod adds over 20 aquatic creatures to catch and cook, display, or drop into an aquarium.

These mods are a great sampling of what the Creation Club has to offer. If you really want to go nuts, Skyrim Anniversary Edition includes over 500 content mods from the Creation Club. It’s launching November 11 for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. It’s rated M for Mature.
