Frontier Developments announced the newest DLC animal pack for Planet Zoo. The North America Animal Pack is releasing on October 4 on PC (Steam) for $9.99.
The North America Animal Pack includes eight new animals from the United States and Canada, along with several new enrichment items, a timed scenario, and quality updates to the base game.
The following animals are included in the new pack:
- American Alligator
- American Beaver
- Arctic Fox
- Black-tailed Prairie Dog
- California Sea Lion’
- Cougar
- Moose
- American Bullfrog (Exhibit animal)
New enrichment items include the Beaver Pool, Melon Feeder, and Underwater Plant Feeder. And in case you really have beaver fever, you can dress your avatar in a beaver-themed hat.
The new timed scenario, Blue Ridge Mountains, tasks zookeepers with creating a small zoo among a wilderness area that includes marshy wetlands.
Alongside the launch of the DLC is a new update to the base game. The 1.7 patch adds terrain variation, deep-water swimming for felines, path barriers, and more. See the full list of updates here.
The North America Animal Pack will release on October 4 as the 7th animal pack DLC for Planet Zoo. Planet Zoo is available on PC (Steam) and rated E for Everyone.
