Oxenfree is a new indie game that tells the story of Alex, a teenage girl who stumbles into pack of ghosts. With its focus on story and characters, it’s one of those games that blur the lines between games and movies.  It was released recently for Xbox One, Mac, and Windows PC.

Polygon liked Oxenfree quite a bit, saying it had “a story worth telling” and calling it “a mix of ‘Freaks and Geeks,’ ‘Poltergeist,’ and the best teen films of the ’80’s.” The game was nominated for an Independent Games Festival  award.

Now there’s also a  collector’s edition for $55. It won’t be available until late February. But you can order it now and get your game code emailed to you right away. The collector’s edition will include the download code, a functioning Oxenfree cooler, a functioning stash can made out of real beer or soda cans, a ferry ticket to the island in the game, and a demo tape from an in-game band. The description of the tape urges people to listen closely, because you might hear something important.

The game isn’t available on PS4 yet, but the PS4 version is on the way.

If you don’t want to wait for the collector’s edition, you can get the game on Steam and in the Microsoft Store for $19.99.
