Three classic Pokémon games from the ’90s are finally making their way to the 3DS: Pokémon Red, Pokémon Blue, and Pokémon Yellow. Expect them on February 27, 2016.
These are the games that started it all. Pokémon Red and Blue kicked off an international sensation when they came out for the original Gameboy, Gameboy Pocket, and Gameboy Color.
The games are not being remade, but rather just being ported over to a new home. On the bright side, you will finally be able to trade or battle Pokémon without using a physical cable. Wooo!
This, plus the backlight, are probably the two most important updates.
