Allison Brie is reprising her role as UniKitty in LEGO Dimensions! This new trailer shows her receiving her LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack in the world’s darkest dressing room, and assembling her Toy Pad portal to the multiverse. Earlier they released a trailer showing off their extremely impressive voice acting cast. You can check that out here.

It also shows us some cool new interactions between LEGO characters from different worlds. Is that Wonder Woman with a lightsaber? YES.

In the LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack, players will have access to a campaign from The LEGO Movie, as well as an open-world area called The LEGO Movie Adventure World. Those unlock when you use the Wyldstyle figure, which is included in the LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack.

If you’re a mega-fan of The LEGO Movie, there are going to be lots of Fun Packs based on the film. Fun Packs are the expansions that contain a character and a vehicle.

There’s a Fun Pack for UniKitty which contains UniKitty and the Cloud Cuckoo Car. There are a few more Fun Packs for The LEGO Movie, listed below:

  • Emmet Fun Pack: LEGO Emmet Figure and Excavator
  • Bad Cop Fun Pack: LEGO Bad Cop Figure and Police Car
  • Benny Fun Pack: LEGO Benny Figure and Spaceship

These Fun Packs retail at $14.99, and you need the Starter Pack (which includes the video game disc) to use them in LEGO Dimensions. Because this is, of course, a LEGO game, the vehicles can also be built and rebuilt into three configurations, each of which does different things. The Batmobile, for instance, can be rebuilt into a tank Batmobile to break through walls. I expect these new vehicles will have similarly cool second and third functions.

LEGO Dimensions is coming out on September 27 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U. We got to play the Portal level at PAX Prime and got great video of it too!
