Story & Themes

My Time at Portia features a post-apocalyptic world in the rebuilding phase, and it's up to the customizable player character to take over their father's workshop and help rebuild the town of Portia. Players will gather resources, plant crops, fish ponds, complete quests, expand their farm, and befriend the local townsfolk.
My Time at Portia also utilizes open world RPG gameplay, as players explore the dangerous ruins and defeat enemies using hack and slash combat.
The colorful art style is inspired by beloved anime studio, Studio Ghibli.
A bigger sequel that includes multiplayer support, My Time at Sandrock, released in 2023.

Difficulty

My Time at Portia does not have difficulty settings, but players can change the game speed so they have more time during the day.

Heads Up!

Violence Combat is a part of the game. Players battle monsters and enemies using melee weapons and guns, but the art style and animations are "cartoony."
