During a 40-minute discussion at the PlayStation Experience in San Francisco on December 5, panelists will explore some of the issues around the future of virtual reality and PlayStation VR.

The biggest questions on the PlayStation VR developers’ minds right now relate to how we move forward with the technology. How will VR evolve the video game medium? What’s the number one thing a gaming VR experience has to get right? Will VR change the way humans interact with technology?

The panel is called “PlayStation VR and the Future of Play,” and begins at 2 p.m. Pacific this Saturday, December 5. A number of PlayStation VR developers including Dave Ranyard from London Studio and Anton Mikhailov from Media Molecule will lead the panel.

PlayStation Experience is an annual event presented by Sony Computer Entertainment. It focuses on what’s new with PlayStation games and merch. The event is open to the public. It has panels and playable demos of as-yet unreleased games. This year the conference is at Moscone West in San Francisco on December 5-6. Tickets for the PlayStation Experience are still available, and the conference will also be streamed via Twitch.
