At PAX East this year, Girls Make Games was showing off The Hole Story, a riddle-based game about a girl who gets sent back in time. The Hole Story is special, not just because it had an incredibly successful Kickstarter campaign and is cute and fun to play—but because it was made by a team of kids. Specifically, kids in the Girls Make Games summer camp.
Girls Make Games holds camps in several locations each summer (check out their site for more info!) where they teach girls elements of programming, art, and game design. It’s a great way to foster teamwork and logic in kids. Check out the experience of Evan and Samantha in the video above!
