After several months in Early Access, indie developer Chibig have released Mika and the Witch’s Mountain on PC (Steam), PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox ($19.99). It’s on sale with a launch discount of 30% on Steam, and 15% on PlayStation.

Mika and the Witch’s Mountain is a 3D adventure starring an aspiring witch-in-training. Armed with a big hat and a magic broomstick, Mika soars over her island delivering packages. Sounds more like Santa Claus than a witch!

The cozy platformer focuses on flying through the island’s scenic landscapes. Delivering packages isn’t without challenge, however. Some packages can’t get wet, others are fragile, and some are on timers. Successful deliveries earn rewards that Mika can use to upgrade her broom with better flying abilities. The ultimate goal is to reach the top of the mountain.

During early access, the developers added over 8 hours of gameplay, including more quests, more characters, minigames, and cosmetics through two major content patches. The final content patch will add three big Zelda-like dungeons within the depths of the mountain. The patch “will be added shortly after launch.”

Mika and the Witch’s Mountain is available now on Steam, PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox. A physical edition will release later this year. It’s rated E for Everyone.
