Life sim My Time at Sandrock has released a big free update with 1.4, as well as the release of new paid DLC, Love Chronicles.

The 1.4 update adds a new romance quest for Owen upon reaching boyfriend/girlfriend status, and new post-marriage quests for Justice, Owen, Grace, Qi, Logan, Amirah, Fang, Mi-an, Nia, and Usuur.

Players can also enjoy a new bus system, which connects the towns of Portia (from the first game, My Time at Portia) and Sandrock, as well as new floor decorations, and multi-piece furniture placement in editing mode.

The update also adds bonus goodies from Kickstarter backers of Pathea’s next game in the series, My Time at Evershine (the project has concluded, raising over $2.8 million USD from over 33,000 backers). The added goodies are a backer-designed quest (after reaching friend status with Qi and Hugo), and two backer-designed monsters.

The patch notes also include a ton of bug fixes and optimizations.

The Love Chronicles DLC ($4.99) offers even more new romance quests, with new quests for Mi-an, Nia, Fang, and Logan, as well as two more Chronicles quests, and additional voice lines.

My Time at Sandrock is available on PC, PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox. A free demo is newly available on Switch and Xbox, with the PlayStation 5 demo arriving later this month. My Time at Sandrock is rated E10+.
