Sunday, August 16 kicks off the start of Summer Games Done Quick, the second annual livestreaming charity event from Games Done Quick. Due to the global pandemic, the event will take place entirely online for the first time, and run through August 23.

Summer Games Done Quick will feature nonstop livestreaming from expert speedrunners across the world for seven days, while raising money for charity.

The charity for SGDQ 2020 Online is Doctors Without Borders, a non-profit that delivers medical supplies and aid to people in need around the world.

Donations can be made through the main website with one hundred percent going to Doctors Without Borders. Games Done Quick is the largest fundraising event for the charity. Over the last ten years, GDQ has raised over 26 million dollars for charities like Doctors Without Borders, Prevent Cancer Foundation, and AbleGamers.

The SGDQ 2020 Online schedule is available here. The event begins Sunday at 8:30 am Pacific/11:30 am Eastern. The first day’s speedruns include Streets of Rage 4, Shovel Knight, Super Mario Odyssey, and Dark Souls.
