The Steam Winter Sale also features The Steam Awards. Every day of the sale you can vote in a new category. The nominees were voted on during the last Steam sale, and weren’t limited to 2017 games. The first day’s award is “Choices Matter.” The nominees are The Witcher 3, Dishonored 2, Divinity: Original Sin 2, The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, and Life is Strange: Before the Storm.
Each vote nets you a Steam Awards Trading Card. Gathering a full set lets you craft the Steam Award badge. You can also earn cards by browsing you Discovery Queue (up to three times per day) as well as earning them by making purchases during the sale.
The Steam Winter Sale ends January 4, 2018.
