The name might be unusually long, but the trailer for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is fairly brief. This HD outing of the beloved franchise features remasters and re-tellings of some of the previous games and includes some all new gameplay and story elements. Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue was announced late last year and is scheduled for release in December of 2016.
