Massively multiplayer online battle arena game, Smite, will be hitting the PlayStation 4 according to the Official PlayStation Blog.

Smite is one of a growing number of battle arena games that are taking a third-person perspective rather than the top-down isometric view, like League of Legends. It’s also one of those games that’s playable on consoles as well as PC. In the game, you play as a god of your choice. Smite features gods from many different cultures, including Greek, Chinese, and Norse. The game is already on the Xbox One and PC. The PS4 version will have several exclusive skins. Players who choose to purchase the Founder’s Pack will get all of the heroes, skins and some other goodies, but you don’t need to lay down any cash to actually play the game.

No release date for the PS4 version was given, but players can sign up to participate in the closed beta, which will begin in March.
