The rainbow-fueled, ball-smashing fever dream that is Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash will be available for download in the Nintendo eShop on November 20.

Mario Tennis supports up to four players as long as you have that many controllers, and it’s available for the Wii U. It seems poised to take the place of Wii Sports Tennis in our lonely hearts. Remember the heady days of parties where everyone played Wii Sports and then you ended the night sweaty and just really tired? We could have that again.

With Mario Tennis you can also play online against other players. And, like in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, you can train amiibos to play alongside you. If you tap a corresponding amiibo figure on the GamePad’s NFC reader, you can play doubles with it and the amiibo will level up. In future games, it will be a stronger partner.

All the classic Mario characters are available to play, including a couple that are secret for now. There are also game modes that let you face off against classic Nintendo enemies like Bowser and, from the looks of it, Boo the ghost.

That’s all for your eShop update!
