On October 21, Rocket League is getting a brand-new Back to the Future Car Pack, featuring the DeLorean itself as a playable Battle-Car.

The release has intentionally good timing. If you’re a “Back to the Future” fan, you’ll know that October 21, 2015 is the date that Marty and Doc Brown arrive in the future in “Back to the Future Part II.”

“Truth be told, we used to fantasize and joke about having the DeLorean Time Machine in our game months before it even came out,” wrote Jeremy Dunham, VP of Marketing for Psyonix, “We were all such huge Back to the Future fans here at Psyonix, that it was one of the few ‘Holy Grails’ we had hoped for besides having a hit game. The fact that we’re getting both of those ‘best-case scenarios’ in the same year is an amazing accomplishment for us, they’re things we’ll never forget!”

According to Dunham, the team has “worked meticulously” to recreate the DeLorean from the motion pictures, including the folding wheels and flaming trail of burnt rubber.

You can purchase the DeLorean for $1.99 on the 21st, or get it as part of the Revenge of the Battle-Cars DLC Pack, which comes out tomorrow and costs $3.99.

Rocket League is rated E10+.
