Zoombinis

Zoombinis follows the eponymous characters—small, blue, gender-neutral beings—as they migrate to a new home. After the Bloats invaded Zoombini Island, the Zoombinis were gradually subjugated and taken advantage of until, eventually, they decided that they'd had enough. Instead of fighting the Bloats, the Zoombinis opt to leave the island and head for Zoombiniville. The gameplay focuses on puzzles, each one representing an obstacle that the Zoombinis must overcome in order to progress in their journey. After passing safely through the game's four stages—The Big, The Bad, and The Hungry; Who’s Bayou; Deep Dark Forest; and Mountains of Despair—the Zoombinis arrive at their new home.

Zoombinis has four different difficulty modes, though all players begin the game on the easiest setting before being able to work their way up. In practice mode, any of the levels can be played in any order and at whatever difficulty the player chooses.
