Halo 5: Guardians

In Halo 5: Guardians, Master Chief becomes a problem after receiving a message from Cortana who was previously considered "dead." Disobeying orders, the Chief goes off with the other members of Blue Team to track her down, and Fireteam Osiris is tasked with capturing the wayward soldiers.

The game is targeted largely for people who are already fans of the Halo series, so newcomers will face a bit of a learning curve in learning the mechanics.

Halo 5 has a competitive online multiplayer (or PvP) mode.
