Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is the HD remake of both Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2, members of the eponymous RPG series.

Story & Themes
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD contains remastered versions of both games, and so the storylines of each are included. Final Fantasy X follows Tidus, a boy who is taken to a world called Spira after a creature, Sin, destroys his homeworld. Sin attacks Spira at regular intervals, and Tidus must work with a group of allies to stop his ancient and vicious cycle of destruction.
In Final Fantasy X-2, Yuna and Rikku, two characters from FFX, join forces with Paine in the wake of Sin's defeat. The three girls become embroiled in tensions among Spira's rival factions, including New Yevon and the Youth League. Complications arise when Vegnagun, an incredibly powerful weapon, is discovered buried in the earth. However, Vegnagun has been removed from its usual resting place, and the three protagonists become involved in the efforts to locate it.
Difficulty
The revamped version of both games includes a tutorial system.
Heads Up!
Violence Much of the violence in Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD occurs during the turn-based combat, though some cutscenes include moments or suggestions of violence. Combat is centered around melee weapons and magic. Blood appears sparingly in cutscenes but is not a feature of combat.
Sex & Nudity Both games feature women in skimpy clothing, though this is exacerbated in FFX-2. There's also a particularly suggestive scene, though everything is only hinted at.
Strong Language Words like "hell" and "damn" occasionally appear in dialogue.
Consumerism All Final Fantasy games are a part of an enormous franchise similar to Mario or Zelda. The franchise includes numerous games, companion novels and manga, and other collectibles or pieces of merchandise.
Discrimination Female characters in both games are complicated in their portrayals. While overtly sexualized, many of these characters are also strong or capable fighters. The depiction of female characters in the Final Fantasy series in general is definitely worthy of consideration.
