Final Fantasy XIII

Final Fantasy XIII follows Lightning and her younger sister, Serah, as well as five other playable characters from a variety of backgrounds. The game takes place in a world called Pulse above which a second, spherical world called the Cocoon floats. FFXIII's conflict centers around the fal'Cie, powerful beings that control both worlds, and the l'Cie that are created as servants to them.

Players can save periodically at save stations.

Combat requires a certain amount of strategy and skill, but overall the game isn't particularly difficult.
