Story & Themes

In Dragon Ball XenoVerse, players create a protagonist who becomes a hero after the time stream is disrupted. The game's antagonists, Towa and Mira, have manipulated the events of the past and inadvertently released a demon into the world in the process. The Time Patrol Trunks are called in to rectify the situation, and they team up with the protagonist hero to travel back in time, restoring the Dragon Ball Z universe to its original state.

Violence Combat is the main focus of the game, and players use various melee and magic-based attacks to defeat enemies. Blood is occasionally present, but not to an extreme degree.

Sex & Nudity A character's bare buttocks are depicted through ripped clothing. One of the game's trophies is called "Lots of Bosoms, I Love it!”

Strong Language The word "bastard" can be heard in-game.

Consumerism There isn't any overt consumerism in Dragon Ball XenoVerse, but the game is a member of a large franchise spanning manga, anime, and other video games.
