Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze

A fleet of Vikings attacks Donkey Kong Island with an ice dragon. The entire Kong family is blown far away, and must traverse a series of islands on their way home to fight the Vikings.

As you go you collect puzzle pieces and KONG letters, as well as knock out enemies.

Each level has relatively frequent checkpoints, and after you complete the level the game will save.

Tropical Freeze is a very challenging platformer that could prove difficult for younger kids, or anyone unfamiliar with the genre.

There are online leaderboards where you can compare your score, but not communicate with other players.
