Xeodrifter

Xeodrifter's protagonist is an astronaut whose ship is struck by an asteroid one day while flying through space. The ship's core is destroyed, and the astronaut is left to search for a new one among the four planets around the ship's crash sight. Each planet has a different environment and numerous obstacles for players to overcome as well as new items or upgrades to find.

The game can be saved from the ship or at checkpoints throughout the levels.

Some of the enemies can be tough and tricky, and the boss fights increase in difficulty as the game progresses. Also, the controls can sometimes make movement feel slippery, and this unintended challenge can make it easier for players to die when they otherwise shouldn't.
