Dominion Malta ($19.99) is a new expansion for Jurassic World Evolution 2, adding four new dino species and a new campaign inspired by the events in Jurassic World Dominion.
The four new species include the following:
- Atrociraptor – a hilariously named, genetically designed version of the classic Velociraptor, along with several skins scene seen in the movie.
- Lystrosaurus – a smaller dinosaur with an odd-shaped head and horned beak.
- Oviraptor – the smaller cousin of the Velociraptor really bridges the gap between dinosaur and chicken.
- Moro Intrepidus – another smaller version of a more famous dinosaur, the Tyrannosaurus Rex.
The new campaign is set right before the events of Jurassic World Dominion. Working with characters from the movie, you’ll set up new parks in three Mediterranean locations.
Research and other progress is persistent across all three locations, allowing you to swap between them and even exchange dinosaurs using the cargo ship. All three scenarios will also be available via sandbox mode.
The campaign stars Kayla Watts (DeWanda Wise), Soyona Santos (Dichen Lachman), Barry Sembene (Omar Sy), and Lewis Dodgson (Campbell Scott).
The expansion releases alongside free update 5. Update 5 expands AI behavior for tiny dinosaurs, adds several UI updates, and adds DFW campaign maps as new challenge levels.
Dominion Malta is the fifth DLC released for the dinosaur park sim, and the second major expansion inspired by Jurassic World Dominion. Jurassic World Evolution 2 is available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
