XCOM 2

XCOM 2 continues the series after a dramatic and bleak twist. The aliens have defeated the denizens of Earth and established a new world order in which they rule the human population. The XCOM team, once Earth's last line of defense, now find themselves in the position of renegade resistance fighters. Using an aircraft called the Avenger as their mobile base of operations, XCOM travels around the planet with the ultimate goal of fostering rebellion and overthrowing the alien overlords.

The game autosaves frequently when autosave is turned on. Otherwise, players can manually save the game when they choose.

Because XCOM 2 relies on strategy, gameplay can be a bit challenging and may take some time to learn and master. The game includes multiple difficulty settings.

The game includes an online multiplayer mode.
