Indie developer Two Point Studios and publisher SEGA are hosting an Open Surgery Free Weekend for Two Point Hospital this weekend on PC. It’s free to download and play on Steam now through March 18.

Any progress you make will be saved should you choose to purchase the game to keep playing after March 18. The hospital sim is available at its deepest discount yet: $23.44 (33% off). The sale lasts until March 21.

Even if you already own it, the Open Surgery Free Weekend adds several SEGA-related items and accessories from other game series (and one from Valve), including The Endless Universe Pack, The Football Manager Pack, and even a headcrab disease inspired by Half-life.

Throughout the day on Friday, March 15, you can watch Two Point Studios and other SEGA developers live stream Two Point Hospital. The full streaming schedule is below, and you can watch at the Steam store page, the twitch page, or the official Two Point Hospital website.
