President of Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios Shuhei Yoshida recently tweeted confirmation that Remote Play is coming to PC and Mac, complete with a smiley face emoji.

Xbox One users have been able to stream to PC as of Windows 10, and it seems Sony is getting on board as well.

Remote Play currently functions with PS Vita, PS TV, and Sony Xpria smartphones, and the Dualshock 4 controller already uses Bluetooth, which will likely make streaming easier for Sony than it was for Microsoft. (The latter had to release a separate adapter to make controller compatible.)

Yoshida’s announcement came on the tails of the release of an unofficial app designed to stream PS4 to PC and Mac.
