The PlayStation TV is a little box that hooks up to your TV and lets you play games and watch TV, as well as stream games from an existing PS4 to another TV in your house. It’s on sale for $19.99 at Best Buy right now, down from $79.99.

The main attraction here is the ability to play PS Vita games. In fact, it basically is a PS Vita, albeit one that hooks up to your TV and requires a regular PlayStation controller (Dualshock 3 or Dualshock 4) to use. Not all Vita games work on PS TV though. If you are a PlayStation Now subscriber, however, you can stream the PlayStation, PlayStation 2, and PlayStation 3 games that you have access to, and play them through the PlayStation TV.

While the PS TV has streaming capabilities and now supports Hulu Plus, Crunchyroll, MLB.TV and others, it still doesn’t have Netflix. PlayStation 4 streaming apps like HBO Go and Amazon Instant Video will probably not appear on PlayStation TV.

Still, $20 is not a bad deal.
